Scope of work

Korchagin field (4-th stage) Russia.

Re-equipment of off-shore ice-resistant fixed platform on the Korchagin field (4-th stage).

Electrical apparatus enclosure for gas compressor unit (LER). This LER has been designed for housing of the following equipment free issue by NIDEC for installation:

  • N° 2 CONVERTER
  • N° 2 MCC
  • N° 2 CONTROL PANEL
  • N° 1 UPS

The supply of SITAL has consisted of:

Container features:

  • Dimensions: l. 11.100; w. 5.600 h. 3.200 mm
  • Structural design for: -28 °C / 40 °C
  • l Weight (with installed equipment): 63.000 kg
  • Passive fire rated: A60 class as per SOLAS normative (Design approved by Russian Marine Register of Shipping)
  • Stairs and platform

  • Letter of exemption for container
  • Container certification of compliance at the Russian law n° 123, released from the Russian Autority for fire safety
  • EAC certification of the HVAC system and technical passport
  • EAC certification of Power Distribution Panel and technical passport
  • EAC certification of lighting system components
  • EAC certification of interconnecting cables
  • EAC and 123 certification of fire suppression system component
  • Approval certification issued by the Russian Marine Register of Shipping, for:
  • Container
    • Lighting system
    • Firefighting system
    • Power Control Panel

Auxiliaries equipment supplied by SITAL:

  • Power Distribution Panel

      – Cooling capacity 140 KW
      –       Redundancy n+1

Documentation:

  • Engineering for the developing of wiring diagrams, P&IDs and all others packaging documentation has been prepared in cooperation between Sital and Customer, in Russian and English language
